Sport Leadership

This project was a group leadership activity, where me and my partner created plan of action and way of doing an outside team building activity. This project allowed me to get a more hands on feel to experience with leadership at any level. This project helped me by putting us in the action of creating and implementing a group activity that we could use to lead a group of students/athletes. Not only did my experience in my own project increase my knowledge on leadership, but seeing all the other groups in my class present was great for understanding the details that need to be changed or made a certain way to best help get the best out of any group.
